The hotel could not take our reservations due to Internet being out. So I accidentally made reservations through booking because we were fleeing our home because of hurricane Beryl. When we checked in we told the lady at the front desk that we had made reservations for one night but we would need to stay more than one night, She said no problem. She must have not made a not of that since the Internet was down. The next morning we were told to get out because we only had reservations for one night and we had booked through booking. I told the man that we had to the lady when we checked in that we would need to stay more night. He told me there was no record of that and we had to be out by noon. We final found a hotel 30 miles away and left. My Hampton Hinors # is 664764312.
